Weixler Cleaning Service has been operating out of Lebanon, PA and serving the surrounding counties since 1992. As a family business, our goal is to maintain a business size and approach that is neither too large to be impersonal and risky, nor too small to be professional and reliable. In everything we do, from hiring the right people to using the right equipment, we strive to maintain our reputation of being trustworthy and excellent.

At Weixler DCS, we are blessed to enjoy a true family business atmosphere; we know our employees and they know us. Through developing relationships, honest pay, and good treatment, our employees tend to stay with us for a long time. This enables us to better and more consistently care for our customers’ needs. The endurance and high quality of our staff enable them to come on board with our philosophy of generating high quality professional services. Keeping the idea of serving foremost in our service to our customers. We are also pleased to tailor our cleaning to individual needs and desires as opposed to one-size-fits-all approaches.

Since our goal has never been the typical “expand, expand, expand” mindset, we have been able to retain a reasonably small staff which allows for selective hiring. We only hire people that we feel very comfortable to work in our own home. Our employees are bonded and insured, friendly and skilled!

A number of our customers have been with us for nearly two decades! While their children have grown and they have blossomed into grandparents (as we have), we have continued to maintain a well-clean home enhancing the warmth of family gatherings.
